Where there is smoke, there is fire

Where there is smoke, there is fire or War rook is, is vuur is a publication about artists working in an old cigarette factory called Caballero. The typography on the front and the spine of the book is silkscreened to give them a matchbox-like texture so a match can be lit by rubbing it onto the book. There are several different textured paper stock used in the book to give a representation of different textures of the building. -Burak Nehbit
